Here are the top 10 employee benefits CPG employers will be introducing in 2020 that they are not currently offering:
1. Off-site social opportunities and meet-ups (will be offered by 18 percent of employers)
2. In-office stress relief or fun (will be offered by 17 percent of employers)
3. Flex-time or work-From-where-you-want (will be offered by 17 percent of employers)
4. Tuition or continuing education reimbursement (will be offered by 16 percent of employers)
5. Paid sabbaticals for personal, professional, charitable or volunteer reasons (will be offered by 16 percent of employers)
6. In vitro financial assistance (will be offered by 16 percent of employers)
7. Summer hours/comp days (will be offered by 15 percent of employers)
8. Commuting expense reimbursement (will be offered by 15 percent of employers)
9. Full or partial subsidy for cell phone (will be offered by 15 percent of employers)
10. Student loan debt payback assistance (will be offered by 15 percent of employers)
